The BactronizingTM Treatment Process uses electrostatic sprayers which apply electrically charged biocide particles onto a targeted area. The 40 micron droplet size is the optimal size for biological activity. The charged particles are attracted to all areas and are able to wrap around objects. When they are applied electrostatically, entire areas are completely covered. The BactroKill and BactroBlock processes use nontoxic, biodegradable and EPA registered solutions.
The photo on the left demonstrates how the charged particles are attracted to the surface of the ball. When the sprayer’s electrode is turned off, only the front surface of the ball gets coated. When the electrode is turned on, the charged particles are attracted to the entire surface of the ball, providing 100% coverage.
