You can’t manage what you’re not measuring! We start every duct cleaning project by testing the ductwork for any live biological contaminants using our ATP (Adenosine Tri-phosphate) detection system.

We then connect our state-of-the-art vacuum truck to your ductwork & insert our high-pressure air tools to physically agitate the interior walls of the ducts which assist in removing all dust, dirt, and debris from the airstream. The air handler and all registers/diffusers are then cleaned by hand.

Once cleaned, the ducts are then treated with our eco-responsible, EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant and deodorizer, along with our advanced electrostatic delivery system which ensures 100% coverage of the intended area.

The ducts are then tested again using the ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) detection system to be certain our disinfection process achieved the desired results.

The final step of our exclusive Bactronizing process consist of applying our ‘‘Micro-Biostatic’’ antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and fungi.

Upon completion of the project you will receive your project’s final paperwork consisting of a certificate of compliance, Bionomic assessment report, final paid invoice, and one-year warranty certificate.
